Identify needs assessments and training opportunities which include establishing training and development plans. In addition, the Claims Trainer will be responsible for maintaining training manuals and records while identifying training opportunities and establishing training and development plans.ĭesign and deliver new hire training programs, operational training initiatives as well as on-going training and development.
